"Take pride in how far you have come and have faith in how far you can go!" What does this mean to you? How have you experienced this quote in your life? Do not respond to other posts.
It means to not take what you have for granted and believe that you can make it farther in whatever you do.I became a life scout and so I am pretty far in scouting and then I have faith in becoming an Eagle Scout.
If you really want to do something, you can do it as long as you believe in yourself. I experienced that last schoolyear. Final Tests in Math, english and german...
It means that one must me happy to what they have done and be able to see what could possibly happen in the near future. I have experienced this when i golf.
It means that you must appreciate how far you have come and you must have faith in yourself in knowing that you can go as far as possible. Living to see another day is how i experience this quote in my life.
It means be happy for what you accomplished and keep looking forward to get better. I learned to ride a dirt bike a while ago and in that first summer I was riding trails and able to get some air on the jumps. Now I can clear a couple jumps and can ride a ton of trails.
I just had this happen to me this weekend. I recieved my ACT scores and found out i did really good. I still have to take it again to get my science section up and do the writing but i still did great on it my first time.
What this statement means to me is that, be glad in how far or what you have learned & work with those skills, & work has done for you. I always think of this quote when im working on school work, when im at work & life in general.
Well im not quite sure what it means to me but for some reason it brought up the song "Are you Experienced" by jimi hendrix. and from there it brought me to thinking about listening to Rock&Roll music and now i forgot what the question was.
this reminds me to be proud of all of my accomplishments but not to settle with them but rather continue to move forward and continue to strive for achievments. For example..i'm proud of the shows that I have been in but have faith I can do more and be better in theater.
This means that in developing my faith I have gained alot. It also means that I can still learn a lot more about my faith. I have experienced this when others make fun of me for my faith but I stand up for my faith.
To me this quote means to be proud of everything I have done thus far, which in my 18 years seems to be quite a lot. I am thankful for all my experiences and excited to see what I will encounter in the future. Though what may be coming is a mystery, I trust in myself and in God that everything will work out ike it has in the past. I realized this quote in my life on the last day of school sophomore year, after I had successfully completed Advanced Algebra II with Mr. Cinco.... Wow. I realized I could do pretty much anything after that.
"Algebra II with Mr. Cinco.... Wow. I realized I could do pretty much anything after that."
Really? That class was easy.
Anyway, I am proud of what I have been able to accomplish so far in my life. I've finished at the top of my class and I'm getting a full ride to college. Also, I'm confident that all the hard work I've done will lead to a successful future.

Be happy with your accomplishments thus far, but never give up on going farther. When I was training for the National Ping Pong Association, I won the championship and was happy, but looked forward to competing in the intergalactic league.

one way this applies to me would be through softball. i'm really proud of how well my team has done. and i know that we have great potential to go even further at nationals this year!
To me it means, never give up on anything that can happen in the future. Whenever feeling like giving up, look back and think about what you have already accomplished and what more is in store.
It means we are where we are for a reason given to us by God. We cannot control his plan we can only hope we are on the right path. I have learned that when you get older decisions mean/matter so much more. Things that use to seem important are almost dumb now. We need to focus on the necessary things in life and know that God will provide what we truly need.
